"Eddie Martimen State Farm was initially good, but unfortunately I can't say good things of my experience more recently. I had a near impossible time changing my physical address and name (after marriage) with them, it took me months to get a corrected insurance card that matched my new license. Unfortunately none of that was possible to do online, so I was forced to reach out multiple times, both by phone and email. I proceeded to receive mail to the wrong name and address for months and continued to reach out each time, being assured it was fixed each time. I finally decided to cancel and move to a new provider, but didn't hear anything about any refund checks for my home or auto policy. I have reached out multiple times about it (two emails and 2 phone calls), and have only received responses that pass me off to another person. I have received no actual response from them, nor any information about whether I should be receiving a check. Very disappointed and cannot recommend."

"Thank you Eddie for being so informative and thorough with our new policy. After being with an alternative carrier for 7 years, it was not easy to transition to State Farm, because, well, there was no need for it. However, Eddie's intention was transparent - to help his customers and be there when we need support. Oh, and he saved me $1,300 a year and I got more coverage than my previous policy holder.
